Job Title: Cashier Location: parklands, Kitwe Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing transactions, handling cash, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
– Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
– Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
– Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies.
– Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
– Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a friendly manner.
– Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
– Grade12 certificate.
– Previous cashier or retail experience.
– Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
