  • Creating engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assessing student progress and providing regular feedback to support the growth of Academic and Extra-Curriculum activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum design and school programs.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Primary Education or in any related field certified by the Zambia Qualification Authority (ZQA)
  •  A valid Practicing License.
  • 2 years relevant experience in primary education.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal Skills.
